Frequently asked questions

Do you speak English?

Yes. You can communicate with us in English, Czech, Ukrainian and Russian, both when booking and during treatment.

Do you accept my health insurance?

We work with the Czech health insurance companies VZP, ČPZP, OZP, VoZP and RBP. If you are not sure, give us a call and we will check for you. If you have private or foreign insurance, contact us and we will explain your options.

What does Czech health insurance cover?

Czech public health insurance covers basic treatment as defined by law, for example part of the cost of a filling. Premium materials, aesthetic treatment and implants are mostly paid by the patient. You will know the exact price from your treatment plan before treatment begins.

Will the treatment hurt?

We use gentle STA anaesthesia, which numbs the tooth precisely with minimal discomfort. If you are anxious about the dentist, let us know in advance and we will adjust the pace and approach.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on the treatment. A standard filling is done in one visit, while for implants or more extensive treatment you will receive a plan with an overview of all visits.

What should I do if I have a toothache?

Call us or message us on WhatsApp at +420 774 126 537. We treat emergencies as a priority during opening hours.

How do I get to you?
